Since we offer programs in both English and Spanish, we accept applications from domestic and international applicants. Each applicant has a series of documents that must be provided during the Admission Process.

Undergraduate (Associate and Bachelor Degrees) Admission
Eligibility
- High school diploma (domestic or international), GED, or Associate degree.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Proof of graduation via official transcript, GED transcript, or certified documentation for home-schooled students.
Specific requirements
- Admission Application Form in English or Spanish.
- Copies of two photo identification documents (national ID card, driver's license, work permit or passport).
- Copy of the Social Security Card (if applied).
- Copies of the diploma and the official transcripts from the previous level of study.
- Official transcripts (originals):
- For domestic candidates: the previous institution sends directly to us the official transcript via email (admission.rep@hiuniversity.edu) or postal mail to our office address.
- For international candidates: the candidate sends the original transcript (the physical document received upon graduating from the previous program) to our office via postal mail. Translation and course-by-course evaluation performed by a CIE-approved agency in Florida, based on the diploma and academic transcripts.
Graduate (Master and Doctor Degrees) Admission
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (for Master's programs) or Master's degree (for Doctoral programs) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum GPA as specified per program (Doctoral programs typically require ≥ 80/100 or equivalent).

- Copies of two photo identification documents (national ID card, driver's license, work permit or passport).
- Copy of the Social Security Card (if applied).
- Copies of the diploma and the official transcripts from the previous level of study.
